The CM will support the senior Project Manager on new commercial construction and renovation projects. Candidate must be a mature self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. Applicant must be detail oriented, have good work ethics, and be able to work under minimum supervision. This position requires regular day time work hours. Applicant should be polished in professional mannerisms, possess excellent and outgoing personality, be dependable, possess high integrity, be a self-motivator, be a critical thinker and should strive for excellence in their work. Applicant must be able to pass a background check and writing test. Must be able to read construction drawings. Responsibilities

  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
