Our experience includes new construction as well as renovation construction, Design – Build as well as Design – Bid – Build and Enhance Commissioning as well as Fundamental Commissioning. Our Commissioning services include all phases of Construction including Pre-Design, Design, Construction, Acceptance, Post Occupancy and Warranty phases. We provide leadership and represent the government’s best interest. We work closely with the General Contractor, Designer of Record and all relevant subcontractors in a collaborative, non-confrontational partnership to make sure the design and construction meets the government’s intent and requirements.
Building Commissioning is the process of verifying that owner’s project requirements for design, construction, performance, maintenance, and equipment lifecycle are met. Building commissioning is a quality-focused process necessary for both non-complex and complex construction projects. The ultimate goal of the commissioning process is to deliver for the owner a project that has reduced first cost of delivery, substantial life cost reductions, fit for intended use and meets the needs of users and occupants.
